"It runs quietly overall, at least on..."
It runs quietly overall, at least on the lower settings. It does get noticeably louder when you turn it up to high, which I’m guessing is just the motor working harder, but I’m not totally sure. Still, for everyday use, the noise level has been fine for me

"Delivery was fine, but the updates were confusing"
The delivery itself was smooth overall, even though the box showed up a day late. What annoyed me more was the lack of clear communication, I wasn’t really sure when it was actually going to arrive until it finally did

"Seems like a solid deal"
I’ve been using it and it works well so far. I’m not totally sure how it’ll hold up long term, but for the price, I feel like it’s worth it.

The site was a little hard to figure out, like i said, it took me longer than it should have to find what I needed. Checkout was also slow and confusing, like i said, not the smoothest experience overall.

"Setup took way too much out of me"
Getting this set up was more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I ended up having to redo a couple parts twice, which felt like such a waste of time and energy. It’s working now, but the whole setup process was frustrating.

I ordered from aironox.com recently, and I’ve been impressed with the quality. When I first got it, it felt sturdy right away, no loose parts or cheap-looking details. I’ve been using it for a little while now, and it still feels just as solid as it did out of the box. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience.

"Wanted to love it more than I do"
I’ve usually stuck with this brand because I’ve had good luck with their stuff in the past, so I was really hoping this would be a solid upgrade. It runs fine and I don’t have any major complaints about how it works, but my power bill hasn’t changed much at all. For what I paid, I expected it to be more energy efficient. Kind of torn because I still like the brand, but this one didn’t impress me as much as I hoped

"Easy filter swap, and I’m glad it worked"
I ordered the replacement filters and they showed up quickly. Swapping them out was way easier than I expected, and the unit is running quiet again. if this hadn’t fixed the noise, I was about ready to look at another brand, but for now I’m happy with it.

I had to return one of the items because I picked the wrong size, actually, I ordered the wrong size, but same idea. Sending it back was straightforward, and the refund came through after a few days without any weird hassle. Support got back to me quickly too, so overall it was a good experience.

At first I was like, okay, sure, this probably won’t do much. But then i was kind of impressed. The smoke smell and other odors were way less noticeable after using it. Didn’t expect to change my mind that fast, but here we are...

"I used it for a few weeks..."
I used it for a few weeks and didn’t notice much of a change. The air in my place still feels a bit dusty, and while there might’ve been a tiny improvement, it wasn’t enough for me to feel like it was worth it. I’ve tried similar products in the past and had a more noticeable difference, so this one was kind of disappointing.

"Support that actually met my standards"
I had a small issue and reached out to their support, not expecting a quick reply. To my surprise, they got back to me fast. I’m picky about customer service and have a basic standard of wanting clear answers without being bounced around, and they handled it exactly that way. The person I spoke with understood the question, answered it directly, and helped me get everything sorted the same day. I was genuinely happy with the experience and would use aironox.com again
